THE JAY VIP WAITLIST GIVEAWAY – OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
Eligibility: The Jay VIP Waitlist Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of The Jay, LV Collective, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to participate.
Entry Period: The Giveaway begins on June 23, 2026 and ends on July 21, 2026 at 11:59 PM Central Time (“Entry Period”).
How to Enter: During the Entry Period, participants may enter by completing and submitting The Jay VIP Waitlist form located at https://www.thejaycollegestation.com/join-waitlist/. Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate entries may be disqualified.
Prize: One (1) winner will receive a concert and hotel package with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $2,700. Actual value may vary based on travel dates, ticket availability, and booking costs. No substitution, transfer, or cash redemption of the prize is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Winner Selection and Odds: One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Winner Notification: The potential winner will be notified via the email address provided during entry. The winner must respond within seven (7) calendar days of notification. If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required timeframe, is determined to be ineligible, or declines the prize, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
Taxes: The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, and local taxes or other expenses associated with acceptance and use of the prize. Sponsor reserves the right to require completion of any necessary tax documentation as required by law.
Publicity Release: Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for The Jay and LV Collective to use the winner’s name, likeness, city of residence, and statements regarding the Giveaway for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Giveaway, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor’s decisions regarding all aspects of the Giveaway are final and binding.
Release of Liability: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless The Jay, LV Collective, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
