If you’re looking for brunch before heading to the Easterwood Airport, Daisy’s Table offers a simplified breakfast menu and market right next to George HW Bush Presidential Library in West Campus. Daisy’s Table’s menu is influenced by the Bush family and the nearby airport with plates like Mae West, Call Sign, Avenger and Mrs. Bush’s Mushroom Quiche.
