The Jay has leases for studios through six-bedroom apartments with rates based on the unit type and ease length. You can find current availability and rates on The Jay’s floor plan page.

Units at The Jay come fully furnished and include stainless steel appliances, a smart TV, high speed internet and secure electronic door locks. Featuring elevated finishes like white oak-look cabinets, black hardware and grey matte countertops, kitchens at The Jay make residents feel at home. Bathrooms carry the same refined aesthetic with similar modern black fixtures and custom vanities topped with quartz countertops. All floorplans promote roommate equity through bed-bath parity and spacious designs.

Ion College Station offers floorplans ranging from one bedroom to six bedrooms with rates running from $900 to $2,200 dollars per person per month as of April 2026. All prices are subject to change and you can view updated availability and rates on Ion’s floorplans page.
