The Jay 

The Jay has leases for studios through six-bedroom apartments with rates based on the unit type and ease length. You can find current availability and rates on The Jay’s floor plan page.

Units at The Jay come fully furnished and include stainless steel appliances, a smart TV, high speed internet and secure electronic door locks. Featuring elevated finishes like white oak-look cabinets, black hardware and grey matte countertops, kitchens at The Jay make residents feel at home. Ion College Station
