The Jay

Rise at Northgate

Rise at Northgate is located at 717 University Drive, just across the street from campus. Residents here are a short walk from other student apartments, Northgate restaurants and bars and Century Square shopping and dining.

At The Jay, apartments come fully furnished including stainless steel appliances, a smart TV, high-speed internet and secure, electronic door locks. Modern finishes like white oak-look cabinets, black hardware and grey matte countertops carry The Jay’s signature aesthetic from the lobby to the unit.
