The Stack is located at 711 Church Avenue, only a block away from Texas A&M’s campus and within easy walking distance for classes in the Engineering Quad. It sits just steps from Century Square, giving residents access to restaurants, coffee shops and shopping.
Students at The Stack also have convenient access to the center of College Station’s nightlife, the Northgate District.

The Stack offers studio through four-bedroom floor plan options. Each unit is leased by the bedroom and comes fully furnished with the technology features listed above. As of April 2026, prices range from the $1,100s to around $1,700 per person per month, depending on the floor plan and unit location.
