Here’s what you can expect.
1. A Simple, Stress-Free Check-In Experience
Before your move-in date, you’ll receive a checklist outlining everything you need to complete before arrival. This helps make key pickup faster and keeps the move-in process running smoothly.
On move-in day, you’ll drive up to our check-in station, where The Jay team will greet you from your car. After we verify your ID and confirm that your checklist is complete, you’ll receive your move-in packet, including your keys.
With this streamlined process, you can spend less time waiting and more time getting settled into your apartment.
2. Professional Movers Handle the Heavy Lifting
Once you’ve checked in and received your keys, our professional movers will take it from there.
They’ll meet you at your car, unload your belongings and bring everything directly to your apartment. You won’t have to lift a finger or leave your vehicle during the unloading process.
After your items are unloaded, you can park your car and head up to your new home, where your belongings will be waiting for you.
This white-glove move-in perk helps you skip the stress of carrying boxes and furniture, so you can focus on unpacking, organizing and making your apartment feel like home.
3. Enjoy a Complimentary Drink from Daydreamer
Move-in day can be draining, so we’ll help you recharge.
Stop by Daydreamer Café for a complimentary handcrafted drink during move-in. Whether you’re in the mood for coffee, tea or matcha, you can enjoy a refreshing pick-me-up while you settle into your new space.
4. Celebrate at Our Parents Happy Hour
After a full day of moving and unpacking, parents can relax and enjoy our Parents Happy Hour.
We’ll have drinks and light bites available, including bubbles and brews, so parents can unwind, meet other families and get a feel for The Jay community.
It’s a great way to end move-in day and celebrate the start of your new chapter in College Station.
