The San Antonio

With so many windows in The San Antonio, picking your view can be a fun, customizable way to make your apartment your own. Choose between a courtyard view, or looking at the pool below. This 2×2 is the only unit that offers different views to choose from, which can be a fun addition to your housing experience.
Inside the apartment, The San Antonio prioritizes balance. Enjoy walk-in closets and private ensuite bathrooms in both bedrooms, with a shower/tub combo in Bedroom A and a stand-up shower in Bathroom B. The spacious living room flowing into the one-walled kitchen is designed to keep the apartment’s layout streamlined and open.
The San Gabriel

The San Gabriel offers the largest kitchen island out of our 2×2 options, perfect for the roommates that love to cook. Similar to our other 2x2s, both bedrooms offer walk-in closets and ensuite bathrooms for added privacy. Bedroom A has a bathtub/shower combo and Bedroom B offers a stand-up shower, giving roommates more customization of their living experience.
Upon entering, you’ll notice your stacked washer/dryer combo is tucked away for added room in your kitchen. The one-walled cabinets, oven and refrigerator keep your apartment open, and the direct flow into the living room offers uninterrupted social gathering space. With your extra island space, enjoy hosting dinner parties and cooking with friends.
The San Jacinto

One of our most open-concept layouts, The San Jacinto prioritizes common areas. This is perfect for the duo that loves to host while keeping their personal space separate.
You’re greeted with a large, uninterrupted entryway and kitchen as you enter the apartment. You’ll notice the living room perfectly divides the equally sized bedrooms, balancing connection with privacy. Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom, both with bathtub/shower combos.
Bedroom A has a standard closet, while Bedroom B has a walk-in, giving roommates the opportunity to customize their preferred layout. If you don’t want to live on the ground floor, this layout’s second through seventh floor options might be the perfect choice for you.
The San Saba

The San Saba is a one-of-a-kind unit built for roommates. With one bedroom offering a spacious walk-in closet and smaller bathroom versus the other prioritizing bathroom space over wardrobe, the San Saba is built to accommodate individual preferences.
Need room to spread out as you do your morning routine, but don’t have as many clothes coming to College Station with you? Bedroom A might be the pick for you. Lugging four suitcases of outfits but don’t really care for a roomy bathroom? Bedroom B has the closet space you need.
Upon entry, note the kitchen’s large walkway for moving between counter and island space. The living room flows directly into this open concept layout while separating the bedrooms, giving you the perfect mix of privacy and connection. Large windows in both the common area and bedrooms keep this layout bathed in natural light for a customizable, comfortable floor plan.
The San Marcos

Our most spacious 2×2, The San Marcos is made to stretch out and relax, with generous walk-in closets and private bathrooms for you and your roommate.
Upon entering the apartment, you’re greeted with a spacious kitchen and detached island flowing directly into your living room. Large windows keep the space filled with natural light, and the open concept floor plan balances the social areas with your private bedroom, closet and bathroom.
With nearly identical bedroom and bathroom sizes, the only real difference is whether you want a shower/bathtub combo or a standup shower. Otherwise, The San Marcos prioritizes balance across its layout.
The Sabine

Also located exclusively on the seventh floor, The Sabine is one of our more spacious 2x2s. Both bedrooms have walk-in closets and ensuite bathrooms, nearly identical to The San Marcos (but inverted). If you and your roommate are looking for balance but want a touch of customization, you can choose between a stand-up shower or a bathtub/shower combo while keeping everything else nearly identical.
Enjoy your large, open-concept common spaces perfect for hosting and enjoy your view from the seventh floor.
The Sabine is an accessible unit, as well, meaning it’ll come with slightly lower countertops, adapted kitchen appliances like buttons on the front of the stove and a counter microwave, a side-by-side washer and dryer, bathroom grab bars and removable counters. All units come with an entertainment stand, sofa and a wall-mounted Smart TV. Each bedroom has a full-sized bed and mattress, two stackable dresser drawers, a desk and a desk chair.
The San Marcos is the largest 2×2 at 847 SF, followed closely by The Sabine, The San Gabriel, The San Saba and finally by The San Jacinto and The San Antonio.
Both The Sabine and The San Gabriel are located only on the seventh floor, so for those who want the highest vantage point, these might be for you!
If you want a pool view, The San Antonio or The San Marcos is the floor plan for you. Otherwise, each 2×2 will either face the courtyard, south or west.
Each unit is fully furnished and includes stainless steel appliances, a smart TV, high-speed internet and secure electronic door locks. Kitchens feature elevated finishes like white oak–look cabinets, black hardware, grey matte countertops and a sage handmade Zellige mosaic backsplash. Bathrooms continue the refined aesthetic with modern black fixtures and custom vanities topped with quartz countertops
The Jay apartment units will come fully furnished, with high-end finishes.
